The Standard

At Driftwood Day Spa, every detail is intentional.
Our policies exist to preserve the integrity of your experience, protect the time of our providers, and maintain the elevated environment our guests expect.

By booking with us, you agree to the following standards.

Arrival & Preparation

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in, enjoy light refreshments, and prepare for your service without interruption.

To ensure a seamless experience:

  • All intake forms must be completed at least 1 hour prior to arrival

  • Services cannot begin without completed documentation

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time

We encourage guests to arrive relaxed, refreshed, and free of strong external odors to preserve the comfort of all guests and staff.

Conduct & Environment

Driftwood Day Spa is a professional, licensed facility grounded in respect and discretion.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Inappropriate behavior or advances

  • Disrespect toward staff or guests

  • Disruptive or non-compliant conduct

Should this standard not be upheld, services will end immediately. The full service fee plus a 20% gratuity will be charged, and future booking privileges will be revoked.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Children & Guests

While we adore your little ones, our treatment areas are designed for quiet relaxation.

  • Children are not permitted in service areas unless receiving a treatment

  • We kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made in advance

  • Scheduled spa parties are the only exception

Booking & Payments

All services are reserved in advance and require prepayment.

Due to the nature of our booking system:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Payments are applied as account credits and cannot be reversed once processed

By confirming your reservation, you accept full responsibility for understanding all policies.

Cancellations

We operate on a highly curated schedule and require adequate notice for any changes.

  • Single services: 24-hour notice required

  • Multiple services: 48-hour notice required

Cancellations made outside of this window, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments will result in a 100% service charge.

Holiday weekends are subject to a strict 100% cancellation policy.

All appointment changes must be made by phone. We are unable to process cancellations via email, text, or social media.

Spa Experiences & Group Bookings

Full prepayment is required for all spa day experiences and group reservations.

These bookings are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Reserved exclusively for your scheduled time

If one guest in a group is unable to attend, remaining services must proceed as scheduled to avoid full cancellation charges.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on or after December 1, 2025:

  • Do not expire

  • May be used for services and retail

  • After one year, are redeemable for retail only

Please note:

  • Gift cards are not accepted on holidays or holiday weekends

  • Gift cards cannot be used for online booking

  • Physical presentation is required at checkout

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Online Booking

Online booking is offered for convenience and requires full prepayment.

  • Payments are held as account credit

  • Cancellations within policy retain credit

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the credit

To redeem a gift card, appointments must be scheduled by phone.

Health & Liability

Your safety is our priority.

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Medical conditions

  • Medications

  • Skin care routines

All providers operate as independent contractors. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept any associated risks and agree to hold Driftwood Day Spa harmless.

Privacy & Discretion

We uphold the highest level of confidentiality.

Client information:

  • Is securely stored and never shared

  • Will only be discussed with the booking client unless prior authorization is given

Final Considerations

Our services are experiential and results may vary. Refunds are not issued based on personal expectations.

Chargebacks made in contradiction to agreed policies will be treated as fraudulent.

Promotional offerings, including giveaways, must be redeemed within designated timeframes and are not valid on peak days.

Our policies are not simply rules—they are a reflection of the experience we protect.

We value your time, your trust, and your presence.
In return, we are committed to delivering a standard that is thoughtful, elevated, and unmistakably Driftwood.
