Cancellation Policy

Due to the demand of our services a 24 hour notice from the start time of the scheduled appointment is required for single services. Guest with two or more services are required to give a 48 hour notice from the start time of their first scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or re-bookings made with less than a 12 hour notice or any "no shows" will result in a 100% service fee. Absolutely NO exceptions will be made for no shows. Cancellations on same day appointments are not permitted. 100% cancellation fee will apply. 

All parties of 3 or more must pre-pay at booking for selected services. We require a 6 day notice to cancel or reschedule a party.

Cancellations and rebookings MUST be made via phone call only. NO cancellations, rebookings, or any schedule changes can be made via email, text message, or social media DM's. We will not see or receive them as all of those avenues do not contact the spa. We must speak with each guest directly on the phone. If two or more appointments are missed, a no show, or if guest fails to cancel/reschedule within the time frame allotted, the opportunity to rebook in the future may not be available. 

We understand life happens and sometimes there are emergencies. We are very understanding and considerate of this. Please communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate our guests needs. Anything under a 6 hour notice can be rescheduled only. 

*Please note: If you have a booking with two or more guests, an emergency for one guest does not permit cancellation of all services for all guest. The other services must be rendered at their scheduled time or the standard cancellation fee will apply for all scheduled services.

  1. All content on this site is owned by Driftwood Day Spa and is subject to copyright. 

  2. This spa has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

  3. We are a professional day spa with licensed and highly trained professionals. We will NOT tolerate any inappropriate advances, insinuations, or behaviors. If an issue arises the session will be terminated immediately and total cost of service in addition to a 20% gratuity charge of the total session cost will be added. Client will be prohibited from returning. No exceptions.

  4. By signing into our front desk, the client understands it is their priority to disclose any medical conditions, important information, medications, and current skin regime of any kind to their therapist or esthetician. Each professional at Driftwood Day Spa is an independent contractor and client understands all risks and complications associated with each service(s) rendered and holds Driftwood Day Spa/ affiliates harmless of all damages.

  5. We absolutely love your children but we ask that you find necessary childcare prior to your arrival. Children cannot be permitted into the spa treatment area for liability purposes unless they are receiving services. (Birthday parties are an exception)

  6. We also have a NO tolerance policy for any disrespectful behavior, for absolutely any reason. Client must cover the entire fee for their services + 20% gratuity charge and may possibly not be allowed to rebook with us in the future. 

Terms + Conditions of Online Booking

Driftwood Day Spa offers online booking for the sole convenience of its guests. Please note that due to no shows and an increase of malicious (false) bookings online we were forced to require a pre-payment of 100% of the service(s) at the time of booking online. This deposit goes onto the clients account as an "account credit." Once this purchase is authorized and completed by the guest, Driftwood Day Spa is unable to reverse the transaction due to the nature of it being an account credit! 

Our online booking does not accept gift cards as a form of payment. Please do not utilize online booking if you are choosing to redeem a gift card. If a guest is redeeming a gift card they must call the spa and speak with the front desk concierge directly. By booking an appointment online the guest is agreeing to all of the terms & conditions of purchase. We are not responsible for any failure to read our policies or procedures.
