Driftwood Day Spa offers online booking for the sole convenience of its guests. Please note that due to no shows and an increase of malicious (false) bookings online we were forced to require a pre-payment of 100% of the service(s) at the time of booking online. This deposit goes onto the clients account as an "account credit." Once this purchase is authorized and completed by the guest, Driftwood Day Spa is unable to reverse the transaction due to the nature of it being an account credit! The funds are held by the processing company and rendered to us after the completion of services.

Our online booking does not accept gift cards as a form of payment. Please do not utilize online booking if you are choosing to redeem a gift card. If a guest is redeeming a gift card they must call the spa and speak with the front desk concierge directly. By booking an appointment online the guest is agreeing to any and all of the terms & conditions of purchase(s) set forth by Driftwood Day Spa. We are not responsible for any failure to read our policies or procedures.
